Smittybilt vs. Rugged Ridge rear bumpers

What are your opinions of the budget rear bumpers [just the bumper, not the carrier portion]?

I have the RR rear bumper. All the clubs in my area specify that my recovery points have to be bolted with grade 8 bolts, not welded. Must be something in that. These are bolted straight to frame.

I may be a bit biased since I already have the RR front, but I would go with the RR rear as well for the match and I do like the nice beefy recovery points!
