smittybuilt gear seatcover

I got the gear seatcovers from Quadratic. I emailed a picture where the top set of buckles are missing. They emailed back that the top straps just go around the head rest. I've mailed back a picture from their catalog that shows how it's supposed to be.

Has anyone else bought these seat covers? Were there four sets of straps and buckles?

I think they may have misunderstood you. Definitely looks strange that theres a missing strap.

You should call them. My grab handles were messed up straight from the box, and over the phone I was able to get them to send me new ones free of charge.
I think their Quality Control is lacking, but their Customer service was top notch on my end.

Are you sure you dont have everything you need? The front part (on the right) looks like it has the buckles. Maybe they arent what you were expecting...?
Do they have things that look like this?
