So frustrated

So I got my first JEEP in Feb. Well since then the soft top has been leaking. I'm not talking about a drip drip I mean a full on stream. This is the 3rd time I have called the dealership about it and its getting old. I love my JEEP and I really don't want a rental car again. They keep giving me a friggin PT Cruiser!!
I hope this time they just replace the thing.

It's an 08 sorry I forgot to say. I'm not sure how the lemon law works but I got suck a good deal and EXACTLY what I wanted. I would hate for them to just give me my money back for those 2 reasons. I will never find what I have for that price. It took us for ever to find it. I just talked to them and they are tossing up the idea of just replacing it.

Call Chrysler and submit a claim....and hound the hell out of them...if they don't fix it, park it the showroom with dynamite strapped to the hood! I'm sure they will get the hint quick!

2nd owner. You can't use lemon law or "submit a claim to Chrysler." Where exactly is it leaking. Do you have pictures?

I had some issues with the hard top leaking. I'm a second owner....jeep had 11k miles on it...Chrysler fixed it...and the warranty had expired time wise 10 days before I bought it. Sometimes they do the right thing!

I will take some tomorrow. Last time I was at the dealership the salesman that I bought it from told me to file lemon law if I have any more problems. I wish I could get some of the pics off my phone because today it looked like someone emptied a 1 letter all over my seat.

Just threaten them. Show them you're pissed.
They'll replace your top in a heartbeat if it means you'll keep the Jeep. No dealer will lose a sale and give you your money back just because the top has a leak.

Can you tell "where" on the drivers side? There have been some door seal issues with some JK's.

From personal experience...my original soft top was leaking at the side curtains, and after the service writer looked at it, they determined that the top had been sewn crooked from the factory that makes them....good luck.
