soft top

I just figured out how to put the soft top up and when i want to take it completely off, is it possible to fold it down with the rear and quarter windows still on or do i have to take them off to properly fold down the soft top? Also, if it is possible to do this while leaving the windows on, does it pay to take them off so i can avoid any folding or creasing in the windows? I am new to this so any advice is appreciated. Thanks jeeper's

Take the windows out...otherwise they will get scratched and creased. I hang mine in the garage. Quadratec carries bags designed for storing the windows.

If you check the price for a set of replacement windows, you will take them off and safely store them . Lowering the top with the windows on will not only damage the windows, but will cause the top to bunch up and not fold properly

They must be removed to fold down. I role them up and put the black elastic straps around them that are used to hold the rear window rolled up. However, this year, I took everything of value out of the Jeep and took off my doors and the window and have loved riding like that all summer (dont forget to pull the floor plugs -- there are 8 of them).
