Soft top ... Hard Top ?

If you have a soft top on,, and take it down onto the jeep,, Can you then install the Hardtop over it?

Or does the soft top have to come all the way off to install the hard top?

The Hard top is all the way off,,,,,,,, Soft top is currently installed on the Jeep.

Thanks

You need to take the soft top off completely when you install the hard top or it could damage the soft top.

Can you leave it on...probably. Should you...no. When folded all the way back the soft-top kinda sticks out over the gate. You could cram it all under the HT while lowering it I guess but it's easier to just remove 4 screws and the plastic door frame parts.

Thanks,

A guy looking to buy my Hard Top was wondering how it would work out since he had to drive up here with his soft top intact.
