Soft Top Leak Drivers Door Corner

Have water pouring in everytime I hit the brakes from the top corner of the drivers door (rear, closer to the back doors of my JKU).

Any ideas? I am out of warranty and have Maxicare but don't want to pay the deductible for just this issue.

Check the Weatherstripping perhaps? Maybe not a tight enough seal to the frame.

http://www.jeep-club.net/graphics/ma..._Leaks_All.pdf. Most of this deals with hardtop leaks, but there is also a section on the soft tops. Hope it helps.

Is there a recall for this? I am out of warranty unless I spend the money on the Maxicare deductible.

I have the freedom top, just leaked this morning, same place. I think if I take the t-tops back off and move them out just a hair it will not leak though. Next nice day. It did not leak that much to make me not like the jeep though, just a nuisance.

Mine just started leaking over the inside door handle of the passenger door. Oddly enough, it hasn't leaked at all since I got it, and I've had the top down 3x in the past week or 2, and now its leaky. I browsed the link and all my rubber looks like the 'correct' pics.

I *really* don't want to go back to the dealer if I can help it, is there any fix that is 'the usual' leak problem?

Dirk
