Mine leaks on my door handles on the passenger side. On mine the foam seal is stuck to the soft top instead of staying on the door when I open it. Take it to dealer. there is a fix where they replace the door seals.

Yeah. On my driver side it stays attached to door frame in the front most corner. I had a leak on the passenger side and looked at it, and the gray foam stick on pad is all krinkled up and stuck to the soft top when I open the soft top. I haven't gotten into the dealer yet, only 2500 miles so far, but I plan to have them fix it when I do. That's at least where I think my issue is.

From other posts I've read it sounds like there might be some other seals that get replaced too but I'm not entirely sure.

I've had that problem with my jeep since I bought it in Aug 11... Brought it to the dealer like 3-4 times to get fixed and still leaks... Any ideas about what I could do myself to fix the problem?

check out the PDF in this thread. Good luck. If you're methodical, you can nail it.
