Hey, first time Jeep owner, very excited to finally have one. Bought it Wednesday night, hardtop was off on Thursday morning, and soft top was on on Thursday night. Just have a few questions on lowering and raising the factory soft top. When lowering it, it seems like I'm doing it wrong. When the top is down and in the rear of the vehicle, the top just sags down and doesn't look good. Am I doing something wrong? I try to compare it to the other 500 Wrangler's I see a day, but nobody has their tops down .

Also, when putting it back up, I'm a little concerned about the part that hooks into the rear door. The lip on the side rear windows fit fine on the lower part of the door frame, but up near the roof, its not completely pushed in. Doesn't cause an issue with closing, but it's just kind of bugging me. Also, the sails back by the tailgate and the rear window aren't hooking into the body work very snug. They're still somewhat loose, like the lip isn't totally hooking under and keeping the sail pulled tight. Thanks, guys and girls.

I'm still practicing on mine as well. But when I put my top down, I normally have to pull the soft top material back because it is pinched between the soft top bars and resting on my roll bar not allowing the top to fall all the way back and the front of the soft top bars are pointing upward. Once I do that, it will drop into place and I can strap it down.

I don't know if that is the correct way, but it's working for me and I feel better not having the material in pinch point and potentially wearing out the top in those areas.

Sorry but I don't have anything for your 2nd question. Sounds like somethings just not fitting right.
