Soft top part missing question

I saw a soft top for 2011 2dr on CL. The guy says, "Everything you need except brackets to roll bar." What does this mean? The door surrounds?

and what do they cost. He's ask 300.

any input is greatly appreciated
thanks

On the roll bar behind the driver and passenger is a bracket that mounts underneath the cover. They are not that expensive. I think Morris 4x4 and Quadratec sell them.

I just dealt with the bracket issue myself when i got a used 2010 top for my wife's 2011 JKU. Had to order the brackets as well because seller thought they were welded to the Jeep for some reason and didn't take them off before he sold it.

I got mine from the same place as the link in post 2. Don't forget the overpriced screws to secure them to the roll bar.

Now if I could only google up a place that sells the snap loops to hold the rolled-up rear window...

I'm guessing that these brackets are used for some aftermarket tops... therefore the sellers are keeping them (tell me if I'm wrong). My first Wrangler so I've yet to install my soft top (waiting for May weather), just the initial extraction of the soft top in my dual top group.
