Soft top to hard top coversion

Hi I recently got a 2011 JKU, soft top. Upon purchase, the dealer agreed to order and install the hard top. I went to get it put on today, thinking it would be maybe an hour or two. They advised me that the wiring had to be changed etc, and sent me home with a loaner. I do want to switch back to the soft top for the summer. From what I can gather on here, its pretty common to switch back and forth pretty easily so I'm sure my hubby can figure it out but he is working out of town and wont be with me when I pick up. I told them yes, I would be keeping the soft top also. I want to make SURE I receive back all the parts taken off that I will need for conversion later. Would some of you who are more familiar be kind enough to help me out here? Thanks!

Thank you so much. So does wiring have to be changed again when putting the soft top back on?
