Sparkplug Poll

Simple question: what spark plugs do you use, why, and how often do you refresh them? Thanks in advance

NGK in everything I own. They are cheap and last a long time. They've been in the buisness a long time. If some other design was that much better they would have probably made it by now.

As far as replacement: I'm at 45k now on my 08. I may replace them at 80 or 100k. My mileage is still great and it idles perfect right now so I personally don't find it necessary right now

For what its worth, I put e3 plugs in a GMC Canyon and had to replace all four coils inside of a week. GM mechanic said he had seen it several times before.
