Holy crap. This thing makes a huge difference. The dash read 97-101 degrees the whole ride home. The only thing on the jeep was the doors and the shade top. I was fine the whole way home, even at stop lights. This probably has to be the best thing I've bought in a while.

I've had both a black and red one on my red JKURs... doesn't matter which color you choose, they work great if you are looking for some reduction in the amount of overhead sunlight.

If you are worried about rain, then use something else or put your top back on. :)

As for any fitment issues, go purchase a tarp repair kit or grommet kit at your local <favorite store> and add a few more grommets where needed to tighten things up.

I've had mine for a few weeks now. Sadly it's still in the box. The weather has not been cooperative here at all. This weekend looks like some sun will shine. Either way the spider shade is going on, the jeep just may sit in the garage naked.
Glad to hear so many positives about this product!

Love mine. Kind of wish I had ordered the trail mesh instead of the original but I got a great deal.

I hated mine at first and thought I wasted $50. I felt claustrophobic because it sits between the roll cage a little lower than my soft top did. The last week it has been around 95 degrees. I have a new found appreciation for it and even like it now. On the days it is not so hot and at night I just roll it back and bungee it over the sound bar. Then I can still have the open air feel without completely removing it.

Just ordered mine in red. Can't wait to put it on and try it out. With all the great reviews I am sure it will be great.
