Do I order the regular sPod from any vendor and then merely order OTRATTW rockers (with switch bodies?)? When ordering the switches which configuration do I order? Independent/dependent? Dependent/independent? Both Independent? What does this annotation mean for the switches?

Thanks for the help.

Edit: One more question for you Darkfire...

In your configuration the bottom row stays lit all the time and the top row turns green when a switch is "ON", correct? If so, can you give me a part number of the OTRATTW switch you're using.
Just call or e-mail OTRATTW and tell them what you want and the colors. They will give you the number which goes at the end of your particular switch numbers.

I called them and did this, they were very helpful. I'm using green on the bottom actiavted and controlled by the vehicle lights and red at the top when the item is activated. To do this the, UPPER - DEPENDENT, LOWER - INDEPENDENT, configuration is what you need. Pick your colors and use this configuration for bottom lit with interior lights top lit when item is turned on.

time for a thread revival!

I'm looking at getting an sPOD - however like most - I want to replace the switches with ones from OTRATTW and I want them to be dual lit switches that light up when the headlights are turned on.

so - since I'm looking at upgrading the switches and then wiring them to the dash lights somehow - do I still need to spend the extra cash for the sPOD with the dual lit switch options? or can I just order the standard single light one, replace the switches and run my own wires for the dash light integration?

(also that code for Rivercityoffroad still appears to work!)

You can opt for the standard sPod, no need for the dual light configuration. I'm not sure if there's a cost difference, but even still, you only need the switch housing, wire harness, and source box actually. I wish there would have been an option to "delete" the switches to save some money.

You can check my build thread [see signature] if you want some tips on setting up the dual light sPod.

Ok cool - yeah there is a price difference between the single and dual light sPODS ($65)

but that's good to hear since that code still works over at rivercityoffroad and I can get the regular one for under $400 with free shipping!

I upgraded my SPOD to dual led switch panel, lucky I'm not too far from them. Cindy was very nice and the crew at SPOD very helpful got me going in no time. Love the upgrade and night lighting of my switches

I just installed sPod JK 2012-14 double light 620-12LT with otrattw switches, sPOD works great but the lower light (text) doesn't light up even when I press the small black button on the left side of sPOD! What do you think?
