Spring swap

Hello everybody,

I'm looking to add a small lift by replacing my springs with a four door spring, front and back. I should get about 1.25" lift and was wondering if I needed to change any other suspension parts. I know the shocks are optional, but what about disconnects? Or any other part?

I've done considerable research on the subject and want to make sure that I've covered all bases.

Thank you

I went from 14/56 to 19/60 and 3/4 pucks all around gained almost 3" only other thing I did was shocks and wish I at least bought longer sway bar for front, you could buy 2 rear sway bars and install up front but not really necessary

It depends what number is on the coils as far as the lift you will get. Yesterday I swapped rear -58's for -60's and got 1/4" lift. Not all 4 door springs are created equal they have a tag on them and some have no different part number then some 2 door. Some come with higher numbers just the luck of the draw at the factory and dependant somewhat on option package ie max tow auto hard top might get higher numbers. a JKS quick disconnects are always a good option for links.

On my Sahara 2D, I replaced the 13/55 with 19/59 and the shocks from a 4D Rubi. I got 1-3/4" on the front and 1-1/4" on the rear overall for increase. No other parts needed.

I've got some 18/59 coils and shocks from a '13 Rubicon for sale here:

MO: 2013 JKUR 18/59 Coil Springs and Shocks

Moderators, does posting a link to the classifieds violate the no selling in the general forum rule?

I went from 14/55's to 18/59's from a four door rubi and got 2.5 up front and 1.75 in rear. I did not change any other parts and everything seems to be working as intended. Several thousand miles on it too.
