Squealing in gear only?

Was at the drive through ATM and heard this faint squeaking/ squealing sound. Almost like a bad bearing on a pulley, but it's not coming from the engine. When I got home and pulled in the garage I could hear it again. When I put the jeep in park, it goes away. Put it in reverse while my foot is still on the brake and I can hear it again. Put in neutral, it goes away. Put in drive, it returns. It's not very loud at all, have to roll down my windows and turn down the radio and a/c to hear it. Tried turning off the a/c also. Made no difference. I don't think it is normal, or is it? It is an automatic 2013 jku.

Any ideas? Does anyone else's do this? I only have 2200 miles on it so far.

Also, tried this morning while it was cold and it doesn't do it immediately on startup. It has to be warm, although it doesn't take much. A drive around the block will do it.

Any guesses? It seems to be coming from the transmission area, not the engine. And I found a thread for transmission whistling sound, but that is not the sound. It sounds more like metal to metal spinning, like a bad bearing of sorts and it is very faint. Can't hear it with the doors closed Or the radio or ac turned on with the windows down.
