squeeling from wheel when turning

Ok so recently I have noticed a slight squeeling sound coming from the passenger side of the vehicle when making a gradual right turn at 25 Mph and Below. It sounds almost like a brake pad rubbing or something. Took it to the dealer And they couldn't find anything wrong. (surprise surprise). If I lightly apply the brakes there is a change in the sound but if I apply full brakes it goes away.

I've pulled the wheels off and spun the rotors and can heat anything, jiggled the tire when it was jacked up and no looseness. No damage too the rotor and the pads look new. 9k miles on the jeep.

It started after a day of light offroading. BTW I have recentered the wheel with the Procal so I don't think it's the traction control.

Any ideas on what to check next?

Same problem. Had it for a year, got worse with bigger tires. No one can figure it out. Occurs on straightaways also and changes with light braking and fully goes away with full breaking.

Weird. I wonder if it's a bearing or something.
