Steering slack

Had slack in the steering even where I could feel it in the pedals... Found loose pinch bolt at bottom of upper steering shaft.

Can you tell us the type, model year, and if you know it the build date of your Jeep?

Mine has some slack also, it's a 2013 2Door with a build date of 12/2012.

The steering shaft is under the hood. You can see it where it connects to the steering wheel through the firewall panel on the back of your dashboard. This shaft is also know as the intermediate steering shaft "same thing". Which bolt on the shaft was loose?
