Steering Wheel Thumb Control Buttons

On the right hand side of the 2012 (and possibly earlier model years) Jeep Wrangler steering wheel there is a spot that doesn't have buttons. Are there after-market options to add to the steering wheel controls? If so, what all is available and where can I get information on the options?

Are you referring to the small spot above the cruise control buttons? I think its just there to match the other side. I haven't seen any aftermarket kits to put anything there.

So is it able to be customized to add other buttons and other features? And if so, where is that available?

I think that button position it is used on the NEW for 13' JK Passenger Ejection option.
But I think it is only available in the 2dr.
