still looking for a jk, whats your opions

So I found a 09 Sahara with a air raid intake and dual exhaust with 37,000 miles with remote start xd wheels DVD player, fancy stuff but my question is what is this air raid intake and with the combo off exhaust what kind of power increase is there, sorry to start multiple threads I will only post in this one with these questions while I hunt down my first jeep

And with the fancy stuff what happens when you get caught in the rain to the radio electric windows and such, I actually think electric windows is over kill but I can get this jeep for its money just will have to pay more attention to the weather right:-)

For the intake/exhaust, expect no lower than about 20 hp increase (roughly 10 from both) and about 17 lbs of torque. They sure do sound good, and you will notice a little more "emph" with that setup. You really need any gains you can get with an engine like that.

Actually it's already been proven time and time again there is no gain from exhaust or CAI on a 3.8. The computer controls air intake and factory intake gives it as much air as it can use. Factory exhaust also flows well enough.
In order to get gains you would need bigger injectors and a custom tune to make it work. Even a bigger throttle body from a Viper makes no difference.

Only if the dual top option is there. If they don't advertise dual top, it's probably just a hard top. Link to Jeep?

A bikini top will help some in the rain but not much. If you plan on having the hardtop off for any significant amount of time, I would order an aftermarket soft top and use that in the warmer months. Honestly, it gets pretty cold in Indiana, and I have never seen the need for a hard top. The heater in a Wrangler is awesome! To me, one the greatest experiences to owning a Jeep is putting down the top and pulling off the doors! It takes me about 15 minutes to strip down.
