Stock Fender Mod

This has to be one of the coolest stock mods I have seen next to the hidden winch mod on the stock bumper.

I have been wanting these fenders for a while and didn't think there was a chance of making them out of my own fenders. They look awesome and the write up is excellent. I just hope I can make them the same.

I don't care much for aftermarket fenders. But I do care about saving money where I can in times like these...

Is there a way to do this without removing the inner fender protector

That looks cool & I was going to do the flat fenders for mine but here in Toronto the cops are real sticky about the tires sticking out past the fender flares ($110.00 fine each time) so I opted for the Bushwacker Pocket Style Flares!

So make the cuts, leaving inside fender well on? I assume you will need to go back and clean up a bit and cut the extra stuff off. I just don't want to take the inside fender out and prefer just cutting them with them on.
