I have seen lot of aftermarket bumpers have lift points for the high lift jack
Is there any points for a high lift jack on stock jk?
I know my normal jack shoukd be high enough to change tire or maybe lift enough to get something under tge tire for traction, but I am eventually going to upgrade my bumpers and put lift kit on. And right now I can get a high lift jack for free.
On a JK sport, the only spot you can actually use a hi lift is the trailer hitch. Even then, thats a very small surface area and I wouldnt use it unless all other options had been exhausted.
No personal experience with it, but this adapter hooks to a wheel to lift a corner to get you unstuck. Obviously not for tire changing. Gets good reviews, though.
I have seen the attachment for the wheel and though that if I use it and a jack stand I could change the tire. But dont want all that hassle unless I have to
I wouldn't be that brave. Would think the likelihood of slipping there is high. And they're not tied to the frame directly, as much as I'd want a lift point at least.
(Jack stand + adapter sounds like a workable combo. Just more stuff to lug around...)
