Yes, but you must drop in or roll up the rear window as the air gets drawn out the top and sucks in the rear and side windows.

We regularly travel on the highway like this

Do it all of the time (weather permitting). It's easier than taking the whole top down. Just make sure the rear window is rolled up, down or out to allow for proper airflow through the jeep.

OK, so I have a question about the soft top....I just took the hard top off after the winter and put the soft top back on...its the first year, she's a 2010. When I zipped the back window in and closed the door there is a 1 inch gap between the seal and the door. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions about what to do? its not sealing properly and its been raining for 2 days...GRRRRRRR!!!!

Did the dealer forget to give you the roll of duct tape for these issues?

Did you put the window bar in? You need to slide that onto the bottom of the rear window and lock it into the plastic clips that you have to install onto the rear of the jeep.

and if you have already installed the bar and it is still too short, turn the bar over and try it again.

Don't feel bad about forgetting the clips. I was complaining to my wife (also a car enthusiast and great mechanic) about the gap, and she looked at me while looking at the owner's manual and said "Did you install these clips?"
