Storage box

I have been playing with the Idea of building a box for the rear of my jeep as i'n the cargo area! Build it up so I can put cubi holes to put stuff i'n so that it is organized! Anyone done this or seen any kinda storage devices for the rear of a jeep jk ????

This is what I bought for storage. It's a 48 gl. Rubbermaid Action Packer. It fit surprisingly well. I cut slots in the bottom on each side for the loops for the seat mount to fit thru and then installed flat mounting plates under each loop and screwed them to the bottom. Sorry I don't have a photo of that part. It sits flat and doesn't rattle or jump around at all. Not sure if this is what you want, but maybe it will give you some ideas.

I do basically the same thing. I have a tote loaded with all my tools, parts and recovery gear that I can just toss in and cover with a cargo net whenever I hit the trails. I have another tote that I use for general purposes. Makes it really easy and nothing ever flies out when going down the highway.
