Strange noise when offroading, need help identifying. (Video)

My wife's Sahara makes a weird clanking noise when we go off-roading. It sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side, but everything seems tight. Some times it sounds like one of those metal spring door stopper you would find in a house. Because of that, I'm thinking it has something to do with the spring but I can't figure out the issue.

In the video you can here a little bit of the noise at :05 seconds:

It definitely sounds like something under tension, its almost like you hear it TWANG and vibrate a few times. Did the spring re-seat itself possibly?

I checked the spring, it is still indexed properly and sitting where it should. Plus the spring was under load, I would be surprised if it could pop out under those circumstances.
