how the hell did you get the winch in the stock bumper like that? Now that is boss.

And I'm liking the DIY stubby jobs here fellas. great mod.

Super easy! Scary too, though. I used the VDP caps on my '12 JKU Sport S that I've owned since June 6th. It made the front look more tough for sure.

On a side note.....I had the fasteners vanish into thin air shortly after I opened the box (crazy story, maybe Casper the friendly ghost ate them :-)) and after the bumper was sawed off. VDP express mailed me new fasteners and charged me zero. Kick ass customer service!!!!!

I wanted to do this but was not sure abut adding a winch to the factory bumper I was told no plate was available for the 2012 went with the best top stubby $280 after all was said and done I found you could buy the winch plate for the 12 and I like the looks of yours much better Joe.

If I can do it, anyone can do it! I actually cut crooked and ended up next to the factory bolt on the backside and had to start over....but once all was said and done and the caps were on you can't tell...Love it!

Fins Up!

Love the look, price, easy install and the fact that they are METAL!
