Superchips Flashpaq

I just purchased a superchips to use on my 07, downloaded the latest software online. I have tried several times now to program the jeep but keep getting a G-3F error code with message to call manufacturer. Its a Sunday - anyone else ever get this error code? Any idea what this code is, I can't find anything on their website. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Bill

you are turning your key on fully, right? not just to the "acc" position?

Thanks - I didn't turn the key far enough, I was afraid I was going to start the engine.

So what are your results now having driven with and without the Superschip? An update would be great. Thanks.

I flashed my computer with Superchips about a week ago and am very pleased with the results. Definately more horsepower in first through fifth gears and re-gained the mpg I lost when I put 33x12.5 tires on. Was getting right at 16.9 before the tires and 15.6 after the tires. Current mpg is 17.3 driving the same general area. Sixth gear still sucks because of the 3.21 grear ratio. Just bought K&N cold air kit and will be buying MBPR black cat back exhaust which should give me more horsepower and mpg. Nothing will help sixth gear unless I change the gears. Would love 3.73 but nobody makes them. There is one manafacturer who makes a 4.10 for the Dana 30 front end on my JK Sport but installing them would void my warranty. The irony is if you order the tow package from the factory the Sport comes with 3.73 gears but Jeep will not sell them thorough their parts department. Go Figure!

JC JK: Your factory 4.10 gears will only work with a Dana 44 front end which is what your Rubicon comes with. My JK Sport comes with a Dana 30 front end which is not compatable with that 4.10 gear otherwise I would definately be after them.

Man, I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler and I keep getting the same error. The G-3F error but I am turning the key all the way (without the engine starting) and I am still getting the error. Any help? any ideas?
