Why not go with the 2.5?
I got a Rough Country 2.5 Front/2.0 rear so it levels it out. I think it looks good with the kit.
You can get the RC kit for about 150, and it is made of steel so the lift wont go away like the urethane ones, and comes with shock extensions and brake line extensions (good luck getting the front on).
here's mine:

Uh, depends on the width of the tires, if any wider than the stock, then yeah they will rub on the swaybars without spacers or new wheels with less Backspace, but as for fender, you should be fine. I havent rubbed mine yet with 32's, so I wouldn't think that an extra 1/2" would make a whole lot of difference. I depends on the stock springs height to begin with. My 10 was about an inch higher than my moms 10, stock for stock. With the lift, it towers over hers. She is jealous (in my head).
