Hey could anyone tell me if P225/75R16 will fit on my 2009 wrangler unlimited x 4dr jeep that currently has P255/75R17 on it.

ok...i'm NOT trying to insult anyone...but i find this questions to be a little odd...

First things first...you are not talking about just switching the tires right? cuz there is NO WAY that 16" tires work on 17" wheels....AGAIN i'm NOT trying to insult anyone..it's just the title of the tread doesn't really match the question asked...

second..the tires you are talking about switching to are about 1" thinner and 2" shorter. Why?....do you have some specific reason for going smaller? cuz it's not very common....
