X100

But it doesn't stop there.
Also MUCH better protection in hot weather.
With synthetic, both sides of viscosity levels (up and down with temps) change much further.

X2, This is what is not understood and or, overlooked by some that like to run these extended oil change interval's!
The oil maybe capable, but there are other elements that need to be considered!

If you run a K&N air filter this is your #1 priority, 1000 mile oil changes.

If drinking Castrol kool aid, go for their European Formula, made in Germany, Edge 0W-30. Available at WalMarts here at same price as their other Edge kool aids but drinkable at a much much lower temperature like -65F versus -38F.

Product Data Sheet: http://www.castrol.com/liveassets/bp..._Sept_2011.pdf
It helps when made from Group IV base stocks (PAOs) instead of Group III Dino base stocks.

Guinness and Dos Equis are for the men.

All others are for women. Water down beer is about as good of an idea as nature made fudge.

Lets be honest, all that beer is shit. That said, I love me some cheap beer and wrenching, depending on how the sun strikes me you'll see my work area littered with any one of:
Bud Heavy
Bud Light
Miller Lite
Natty Light
Rolling Rock
Coors Light

Sometime I wake up and crack a cold one, texas breakfast baby.

Hmmm give me some names of the latter. I've tried some IPAs and they're pretty good(taste wise).

Three Floyds Zombie Dust, best beer out. Bud and Coors is like drinking water. I agree with noog7. I like Guinness every now and then but it's not a strong beer.

I will drink whatever I didn't have to buy. I really like super good IPA's but I can drink 18 of most anything out there. If it comes in a 16 fl oz can I probably have some in my fridge.

These threads are hilarious. What super technical method did I use to pick my brand of oil? When I was 5, I watched my dad change the oil on the two family cars, he poured the oil out of a green bottle with a big Q on the side. I also use Navy Federal as my bank and USAA as my insurance company. I'll go with the guy who raised 11 kids as an Air Force officer, and doesn't have a worry right now except maybe snoring through the first few hours of whatever golf tournament is playing this weekend.

You're slightly off topic ... this is a beer thread.

What's the purpose of drinking cold beer when the weather is hot? It doesn't improve dry starts.

Just curious.
