Tail gate Help

I took my spare and spare tire mount of my 07 JK. I have seen pics of other owners doing this. My question is. What do you use to plug the hole left when you take out the rubber tire stops? I bought a vent cover and third break light, but no plug or grommet to full the holes.

Depending on the size you could us the push pin plastic rivets that hold the grill on. Lowes has them for cheap. They may also have other pluging things

Vector Offroad also makes these things called "UFO's" to plug various holes, and they make a set specifically for those tailgate holes. I ordered a bunch to fill other unsightly holes in my Jeep and they look great.

I have a question for you, when your wheeling and you air down your tires. If you brake a tire bead and have a flat then what.
We saw a guy last year in the sand asking for help with no spare, when we asked him where the spare was he said home in the garage. He wanted to use someone else's spare tire.
He got, well he was walking.

Cheap is never a good thing when it comes to your Jeep
