Tap de tap

I'm just now asking about this, but it started some on months ago. I have a 2011 model with 4650 miles on it. And when I'm at idle, you here a continuous tapping noise from the engine.

I know some trucks and what not have this type of noise and it is normal. But I never heard it on my jeep when I first had it.

Do any of your jeeps do this? Normal or not for a jeep?

Mopar stuff. At least it better be since it is a chrysler/dodge/jeep dealer. Going to be getting it's 2nd oil change soon. Like in the mornings I don't hear it. Drive it for a bit, probably till operating temp, & you can hear it. Not really LOUD. But you can hear it tap if you have the windows down.

I know different vehicle have certain normal noises that would seem like it isn't normal. But, when I do take it in I'm going to have them look at that & getting the whining noise taken care of. They better give me a rental...
