Tea kettle low pitch whistle cold days

Just noticed my 07 jeep jk makes a tea kettle low whistle on idle for the first 3 minutes until it heats up (not the intake whistle at low rom) and i am thinking fan clutch, belt, or idler pulley. I think I can check the fan clutch by manually spinning it before start up and if its noisy problem solved. Any ways to check the belt or pulley without replacing them? Should I just replace them both? I

Ok I misdiagnosed the noise. Now it seems to be coming from the bell housing when I push the clutch down and hold it. It sounds like when you rub your finger around a wine glass...a low loud harmonic sound....goes away when I let out the clutch....my guess is throw out bearing? How long do I have I don't get paid til next Friday a clutch kit st2 is $450 or so an my neighbor runs a shop he can install it for $200. (I live in a condo no working on cars outside which is were I would need to)
