They don't allow wave threads here. there is a wave thread in the general topic forum and is the only one allowed. Not sure why they don't but it will probably be closed

I think it's because there are tons of them. I"ve been a member here for two months and I've probably seen 20 of them. As you said, they all seem to get closed. Not necessarily because they are wave threads, but because people aren't very nice about them.

It actually is because they are wave threads. All are closed automatically once a mod catches them then they direct people to the wave thread.

Saying that, I always wave and don't care if they wave back. Someone has to carry on the tradition. Hopefully if I wave today they will tomorrow. It was nice when at the Bantam Jeep Festival, because most everyone waved even though there was a thousand plus Jeeps

Technically this is a thread about a lack of waving, not waving. so maybe we can keep it.

I missed waving at a guy the other day, he waved, and I waved but it was after he started turning and looked away. I felt bad. I was 4/4 that day though

Maybe the chicks just thought you were really hot and they didnt know how to react to you waving at them? thats why I tell myself... cause its true

Well if they zap it no problem. Understand totally didnt mean to get everyone fired up. Maybe they did. I just think it should be a requirement for all Jeep dealerships. When you buy a Wrangler, this is what happens. The guy I bought mine from last year specifically told me....here is how it works. You wave. It's the Jeep wave. Start it from the ground up.

Oh well. We will move on. Sorry to you others for soiling your forum with this...no harm intended.

No worries, they didn't zap it because you "soiled" anything. They just try to keep the threads on here relevant. And if we let every wave thread go, there would be hundreds with about 20-30 posts. So instead they want us to combine them all into one thread with many posts. It keeps things more condensed and easier to monitor and all the info in one place. I can understand why they do it and I am sure you did too. Nothing personal against you

3---2----1----- and lol

No what? I do believe the wave threads are more so to get shut down in the Tj forum, they usually start beef between the Tj guys and the Jk guys.
Maybe this one will go on
