Exclamation TeraFlex 2.5 Lift Questions

Hey,

God i hope this is going to make sense

Im looking at the TeraFlex 2.5 Lift, Not sure wich budget Boost to get.
With a 12 JKUR can i use the Shocks of the Rubi?

There seems to be qty 3 TeraFlex 2.5 BB Lifts not sure which one will work best.
More or less just want the lift to work with this Tire/rim combo

MB 72's Wheels 15x8 GY Duratracs 33x12.5R15C2

I here you need spacers, i would not like to run spacer if i can help it. any thoughts.

And please feel free to add anything that could help my decision. EG.....
Ride quality....do i need to move brake lines? will i need spacers for my Tire/Rims.

Im looking at $500 budget for a lift so if the BB works then Great or if i need the 2.5 Coil lift and use the Rubi Shocks even better....

Please help this Newb out ....Love this form....in the last 2mths i have learned so much from u guys...and heres hoping i can learn 1 more thing

You can run that wheel/tire combo with stock suspension with no problems.
Don't need spacers for the wheels either.

Running that same combo on my 12' sport, no other mods(yet!)

Unless you WANT a lift...
Sounds like you are on the right track with the Teraflex coil lift that comes with shock extensions so you can use the stock Rubi shocks.

The shock extenders are ok but when the time comes for new shocks get shocks that are designed for your lift. You will be much happier. As far as the 2.5 BB lift I hear it is ok. I went with the coil lift and new shocks but it drove the price close to $800. The coil lift with shock extenders should be in your budget and do a fine job for you.

If that's all you want...to have the lift work with your new tires/wheels...then just buy something like the TeraFlex leveling kit for $130 and be done with it. You'll get 2" up front, 1" in the rear (it fixes your Jeep's rake...hence the name).

It's very easy to install, and if you ever decide to move up to a lift with new shocks/springs, you can sell the leveling kit for about 75% of what you paid.

If you really want the 2.5" lift, you'd be better off saving your $$ and buying the lift that comes w/the Bilstein 5100 shocks from Northridge 4x4 for $775.

If you WANT the 2.5" lift w/shock extensions, then use the link Tanksta posted.

Correct. I run that exact same tire/wheel combo with the 2.5" TF coil lift. No spacers. Great setup.
