Teraflex customer service

I recently installed the teraflex coil leveling kit. The install went well but unfortunately on my rubicon x I gained nothing in the rear and almost an inch in the front. I understand you don't gain as much on the rubi but I was thinking I would get a little more. I also didn't really want to go with the 2.5 as I am only running 33" and I have a 200 lb dog that I have to load in the back.

So today I called teraflex and as soon as I started talking to him he knew what my problem was and started offering possible fixes for me. I explained that I wanted min lift but I wanted a little and I wanted it level. We talked about a 2.5 but I told him my concerns. He asked about a winch and I said not now but maybe in the future. So in the end he is sending 2 sets of 1" and 2 sets of 1/2 spacers so I can adjust as needed free.

I have purchased teraflex kits in the past and have always been very happy with them. Now I am even more happy knowing what kind of customer service the kits include

ditto on TeraFlex customer service. They sent me spacers as well when my tailend stated sagging after installing the same kit.

I just installed the same kit and gained a little over 2" in front and a little over 1" in the rear, my factory coils were 13/55 so I was expecting a good gain.

Always love seeing the positive stories on a vendor as so often we only get to hear about the negative experiences! Plus makes me feel even better about going with teraflex ball joints recently!

So if I have 18/60 on my Rubicon this will net zero lift?

No that is not true. I had 17/60's and got close to 2" in front and ultimately 1/2" in rear because they sagged but adding the 1/2" spacer on the rear brought it back to 1" on rear. I have done 2 performance coil kits on a 13 and on 14 unlimited one with 17/60 and one with 18/59 combo and both were the same up front and the so far the second one (the one that had the 59 originally) has not sagged. The 10A is different because it came with a 1" lift already from the factory and has different coils specific to 10A's.

Glad someone here could get you taken care of. We like to think the advantage of going with Teraflex is our people and customer service that they provide.

I had a great experience with teraflex also--the lift kit I ordered from a vendor was missing a couple parts and Tflex sent them out to me no questions asked. Really nice to be taken care of so well, especially when good customer service in general seems to be the exception, not the norm!

Another satisfied customer here. I installed the leveling kit but had zero experience with the Jeep's suspension going into it. Teraflex customer service was so patient with me asking basic questions on the phone it was ridiculous.

They acted like I was not an idiot and said they would be there for me if I needed to call back for anything.

ditto... I was comparing lifts and found a few that I had on my short list... but Teraflex customer service was head and shoulders above the rest... info videos, prompt answers to e-mail and phone calls... if I was running a business I would hope my customer service was that good... I went with the T-flex lift and a few other of their products....

TF has the best customer service of all the vendors I've worked with. At this point when I'm looking to do a mod I choose them first.
