if i had a JK instead of an LJ i would be more excited. but cannot wait to get these in some customer's hands and get some real feedback. i am sure they will be a great option for the JK.
I recently had the Falcon series 2.1 (non-adjustable) installed. Very happy with their performance. First off-road stint was a day at Moab for a shakedown run and the control they offered was outstanding. I'm also running a Currie Anti-Rock (w/ steel arms) and the Falcons do an great job of stabilizing the Jeep on the road ... in curves and even quick maneuvers. Followed the Moab excursion with a cross-country run and was very pleased with the ride and handling.
I don't know...I've been planning on getting a set of Fox Remote Adjustables and an ATS...but these could be pretty awesome. I have RK 2.5 Flex so I too need 4-6" fronts and 2.5-3" rears. I wonder how their valving is going to suit other manufacturers springs.
Hi I'm new to the forum I have been wanting to redo my lift for quit awhile and got excited when TF was coming out with there new falcon shocks I'm happy to say with an amazing wife she was able to get me the first ordered batch of the 2.1's from sams 4x4 in bixby Oklahoma those shocks combined with there 3" lift should be quit the excellent combo I will reply again once I get them the only crappie part is they are no set to ship till mid Jan
A buddy of mine from my Jeep Club won the Christmas giveaway by Teraflex. He got the steering stabilizer in last week and still waiting for the shocks. He won the standard shocks and the stabilizer, how awesome is that!!

Certainly in for feedback on these... Can see TF making a 3" "premium" lift with these shocks and some Alpine front lowers and rear uppers!!! And maybe a monster front track bar too!!
Hey TF, you listenin'???
EDIT: By the way, this very common sized shock set shows in stock:
What's the difference between those Falcon 2.1 monotubes ($550) and the 'Sport' version that are $100 more? Stiffer tune? I can't find any difference in the description.
I have the S/T lift in my garage right now waiting to order the shocks. I'm thinking that since these are purpose built for the JK and are corner specific, I have high expectations that they will be perfect with the lift!
I work for a Teraflex distributor, and I can answer a few questions for you.
First of all, these are clones of NOTHING. This is a True JK Specific, 2 door or 4 Door specific shock that was built from the Ground up.
I had the pleasure of spending an hour or more with Dennis Wood from Teraflex last week and am working on getting the Adjustable Piggybacks for my build.
The most notable design points:
No hose between the res. and the main shock tube, allowing for a larger hole formed into the Aircraft Aluminum top. Easier flow between the two, and eliminated a failure/leak point. The Aluminum tops are so strong. Rear shock top is thicker than the fronts, to make especially bullet proof because of the unique way the shock will mount...
Rear shock mounts "inverted" with res at bottom which protects it from flying debris.
Shafts are massive, strong. wont dent or damage when hit. Thicker than Fox
Hard anodized body endured 1000 hour salt spray test. Will look good far longer than a Fox.
The Adjustment lever is placed so that you dont have to get up under your rig to switch between the 3 set ride stiffnesses. Much easier and more realistic.
I was this close to getting the new RE 2.0 Resi shocks until last week.
