4 Rubi shocks/springs, Teraflex leveling kit, Rough Country steering stabilizer
and 4 wheel spacers (1.5" )

Are you sure that everything is installed correctly on that side? It sure looks like the spring is not properly seated to me.

Try disconecting the shocks and see what happens. Something is either binding the spring or preventing it from seating I think.

I paid $118 shipped for 18/59 springs, Rubi shocks, and 4 oem swaybar end links.

About 2.5"...I may take away one spacer per spring upfront to see if the drivers side spring sits better.

It could just be the picture, but aside from the bent coil, it looks like your front is sitting higher than the rear.

With the lift you havent mentioned caster correction or track bar correction. Without caster correction the diff will be rotated forward too much (too low a caster setting) which will also be bowing the springs forward as the lower mount is angled too far forward. In addition, if you dont have an adjustable track bar the diff will be pulling about 1/2 in to the driver side. Neither on their own should cause any probs, but both combined will most likely result in the issue you have.

When you say Rubicon stuff, do you mean Rubicon Express? I have a set and they are all silver, not black springs and red shocks? Or am I missing something!! (wouldnt be the first time )

And yes, if they are Rubicon Express coils the front sits about an inch higher then the rear with no front bar. Add the Terraflex pucks and you will be noticeably higher in the front. In fact, I cut one coil off the bottom of mine (braces for the flack!) and this is the end result:

595mm from wheel centre to bottom lip of plastic guard, all 4 wheels.

No, still have the issue. Bringing it in to mechanic tomorrow.

The springs and coils are off of a Rubicon...just replaced my old stock ones.

Hopefully they can figure this out, if not....may have to remove lift...we'll see.

Hey, here is the driver side pic, as you can see my coil is perfectly straight.

Let me know what your mechanic finds out... I'm curious to know what's wrong with your pisa tower coil

Hey,

I can't take the credit for the install as I had mine installed by a local shop, they had a spring compressor and the required tools. I assisted the install though even if that is irrelevant.

Let's all see what your mechanic has to say about this, keep us posted.

Have you got any more pics of the coil - in particular the top. Looks like the spring is not sitting properly at the top. Might be a silly question, but are the levelling pucks above or below the original isolator (should be above)?

LOL..the guy couldn't figure it out. I got him to remove one of the Teraflex spacers on each side up front because I thought it was too high...looks better now.

But...the sway link is still touching the coil...FOOK.

Not bringing it back to that tool, he left the axle breather hose disconnected, which I noticed...anyways. On to the next step.

This weekend I am going to loosen the control arm bolts and bounce the vehicle to see if that is the issue.

Other thing that is possible, maybe I need a adj. track bar ...just an idea.

How about a bent or deformed coil? It might not be noticable uninstalled. Maybe try swapping the front coils and see if it stays bent on the other side.

Did you install the TeraFlex coil spacers first then the factory isolator then the coils?

The pic you posted of the coil is showing the top of the coil way off centre compared to the bump stop - is it an optical illusion? If not the coil is not sitting right at the top for some reason.

Yah...i notice that too. If the axle shifted...that would make the spring bow as well right? I will work on it tomorrow and see what I can do.

I think the only way that would happen, is if the axle tubes twisted inside the diff housings and that ain't likely-

Seems like the leveling kit and (isolator) are "outta sync"

That just made me think of something. Did you check the part numbers on those springs? Some have different numbers for the left and right fronts. The higher number should go on the passenger side.
