Teraflex leveling kit help

Ok guys so I installed a teraflex leveling kit on my 2012 Sahara yesterday and I think I may have messed up a little...... First off I have no idea where the grease fittings we supposed to go, next I did not use the stock puck that was on the back only what teraflex gave me, is this wrong? Please give me some help so I can fix these things before they become problems

You mean the rubber isolator ? U will lose a 1/2" of height not putting that back. I guess if she's level, keep it out.
The grease fittings go on the sway bar end links no?
