I was hearing it mostly from the front passenger side when I went over small potholes or slightly uneven surfaces.

I discovered what was making the noise and in my case it was the upper part of the sway bar end links, where the end links actually connect to the sway bar. In my haste to install the kit in the 90+ humid weather on sunday I must not have tightened them all the way.

I figured this out by having a co-worker drive my jeep in a circle slowly over some potholes as I watched and listened very closely.

If you are still having the problem check out what i mentioned, hope this helps if you already haven't figured it out.
Thanks, sounds very similar if not exact to what I am experiencing. I was out of the country for the past week and some change so that's why I have been around. Sounds like a few people are having the same problem, and that tightening them is getting the job done. I swear I just can't get them to tighten anymore, will definitely have to try the completely flat ground trick. If not, teraflex emailed me and suggested my bushings might be worn out. (Which seems odd since I havnt had it that long, but if they were loose and I was running some trails, I imagine that could do it.). Thanks for the advice.

Hmm, mine is more of a metal on metal click, but it does equal a little bit. Have you done anything to fix it or just now trying to resolve it?

I have a metallic click off road. I thought it had something to do with my e-disco motor,
