Teraflex Leveling Kit Question

Just got a leveling kit for my B-day and plan on using both 1 inch spacers in the front. The question is - when I add 2 inches will the stock Rubi shocks limit the travel of the axle at full articulation? Do I need the shock extenders too?

Thanks,

Terry

No shock extenders for me. Been running that kit for 6 months now. But yes, the stock shocks will limit the down travel of the suspension.

I got the kit, I just now put the bilstein 5100's on, but im probably going with the TF 2.5 lift in the next few months.
Had the TF leveling kit on for about six months no problems.

Teraflex designed the lift to work fine with stock shocks. Of course, if you want to get new shocks, you certainly can. A shock designed for 0"-2" lift is what you would need.

I really wanted to retain the stock shocks for now, but the thought of having the shock limit travel bothers me.

What limits the axle travel under normal "stock" conditions?

Thanks!

Presuming you did not get yours as a Bday gift too, can you tell me where you bought it from?

Not sure where my wife got it from - but Quadratec has them. (no association with them whatsoever).
