Post The Big Foot is real thread! -Yeti Club-

A big "Hello" from behind the keyboard to ya.

I am hoping to start a new thread on this established finely run message board due to over whelming response to the new package and color choice.

In this thread it is everything Abdominal Snowman 4x4

Lets see some comments & Lets see some pictures

Have fun and remember "Big Foot is Real"

Why? Everybody has a right to an opinion.

I absolute hate that color.

That whole "yeti" theme to me is just weird .
Very nice jeep though

I think they look great but... I wouldn't want anything reminding me everyday of cold Arctic weather.

I'll take topless in the heat any day.

EU Sahara - Winter Chill?

Found pic in a brochure linked in the Black Forest Waiting Room:
http://www3.jeep.de/pdf/specs/jeep_w...und_preise.pdf
I was wondering if it's just a silver one looking different during sunset, although the rims still appear to be regular silver.

Not fare, they used a diesel model for the tach picture, notice the 4k redline.

Winter Chill with black top

I think black hardtop would look better... a soft top replacement will take care of it during summertime.

nope, think they take away from what a Jeep is. Well a Wrangler/CJ style Jeep anyways. Sort of makes it look like a common SUV

Yeah, the black tops make them look more classic. Which I like. But, I still like the look of the color match top as well. It's sleek (a look I certainly understand that some Wrangler fans will strongly dislike). Dual tops solve that problem for me. Black soft top (or no top) for most of the time, but with the option of dressing it up a little.

Kinda like me. Covered in dirt from mountain biking most of the time, but sometimes dressing to the nines to turn heads downtown.

Same here. I respect what the others feel about the classic look but mine works like a jeep off road, gets dirty and looks good (to me) with the color match. Spring will show it off with the black soft top.

That's what great about our Jeeps! To each his own, as long as you wave

It depends on the color. I like the color matched tops on white, red, and silver, everything else not so much.

Is it +$4k worth? Hard to tell, probably not. I'm not too amazed with the black hood decal. Maybe on a winter chill it will "pop" better. The seats & gauges are cool. Defying my concerns, the yeti footprint is not too obtrusive. The white on the steering wheel is a bit too much, not too practical unless the driver is a clean freak. Altogether, the final judgement on the Arctic edition will all come down to the winter chill version.

In white? Not so much.

Yeah....I would like it better without the hood decal...

Someone had once mentioned that it looked like a postal truck... I think I figured out why (outside of being all white).

It is the wheels...
The Winter Chill picture several posts up looks cooler (IMO) because the letters are in white outline.

I do like the interior design. Too bad I don't want a black interior. The white will get dirty...but I love the touches of orange.

More pics of a white one at a dealer near me. Kinda frustrating, cuz it looks like quite a few dealers around here have the Arctic in transit, but not ONE of them is Winter Chill. They are mostly white, with a few Silver exceptions.

I second that. This is what I want to do. Go with a Black Wild Boar fastback hardtop with WC and it will look awesome. Now if they'll only release the damn color on a Sahara!
