The cheapest way to wheel you Jeep.

Forget about worrying about doing major damage to your Jeep when you can just wheel your Real rig to a sweet spot in the woods and do this!!!!!

Looks like you have to part it together and do it yourself but that looks like a fun thing to give you something to do. Make it look just like your Jeep but with the parts you wish you could really have. lol.

Too bad the spare doesn't match his other 4 tires. How tacky!!

And no matter how bad the terrain, that dirver never looks worried. Always chillin with the one arm hanging out the window. One cool Ken doll.

So I came over from RC Crawling... Been crawling with RC's for awhile. And just like Jeeps, you can spend some serious coin on them. Especially scalers (what's in the video).

Potentially used you can. The scalers usually go for pretty good coin depending on the level of detail.

Then you have to have the supporting gear to run them; Tx/Rx, LiPos, Charger and misc. parts.

If you are so inclined to see more of them, drop over to rccrawler.com

I still have a pile in the back yard I crawl on with some friends. But we now are into 10th scale short course trucks. Even built a track in the backyard. When the weather turns nice again, we'll start back up racing weekly.

RC's are just addicting as this Jeep thing is so far for me.

While not cheap, it's cheaper than tearing up the real thing.....

That's for sure. First time out with my JKUR, I was going up a steep incline had a deep V cut to it. I tried to ride the middle of it rather than going off camber. First attempt, I was too far the passanger side and the driver side slipped all the way down. Now I was off camber and the mirror was about 1 inch from touching the dirt. Huge pucker factor. I kept trying to creep up and adjust for it, but it kept slipping further into the hole and the side of the jeep just got closer to the dirt. All I could think of is coming home and the wife seeing the entire driver's side destroyed. Luckily I was able to back out of it, recenter myself and make it up no problems on attempt number 2.

Now I can tell you how many times I rolled my RC crawler w/o caring or damage.

Ya know, I don't think the vehicle dynamics are really close on that thing to a real Wrangler, but still ... you could learn a little about wheeling with one of those things.
