This forum is AWESOME!!!

I just have to say, I don't comment a lot, enough to show how little I know, like the old quote "everyone thinks I'm smart till I open my mouth". Anyway I just wanted to say that this forum is awesome and I believe it has a lot to do with the fact we are all jeepers. I go to a couple other forums that have nothing to do with Jeeps and if someone posts a question that has been done to death (like tire size) the moderator gets on first thing and says you should have done a search first and gives no info or even points them in the right direction. NOT here, we LOVE to talk about this crap till we turn blue, no matter what the subject. Now for those newbs ( I'm still one by the way) PLEASE don't take this the wrong way, ask away no matter what, it's all good. If the question has been asked 1000 times in a day usually someone will get around to letting the OP know that a search would yield a lot of good info, but never berates them or snubs them, okay sometimes we joke around and bust some chops but it's all in good fun.

Anyway that's about all. I just wanted to say that this is a great forum and thanks to the mods and everyone that works so hard to keep it going. It's a great place to hang out.

P.S. I'm posting in the JK thread but it applies to all sections of course.

There are many threads on here about how great this forum is. You should have done a search and posted on one of them.

I really enjoy the Forum but...

Great forum, I was active on the the 4Runner forum T4R.ORG, and it was also, great, the big difference is this forum has 10x as many folks and people look at the threads but most don't post, interesting

Honestly this is a great spot. I'll likely never do any rock crawling or life my ride or hundreds of the other areas the forum covers but I like to read it all. Very interesting and informative. But this place keeps costine me money for mods I never thought I needed and now MUST have!!!

Wish I found it before I bought my JK. I only have one major complaint about this forum. Way too many great ideas that are costing me a fortune lol

Hopefully good, more reliable, and easier to modify side. I almost bought a 1995 D90 for the same price of a new JKU Rubicon a few weeks ago. Luckily i came to my senses. Cant wait for my jeep to come in!

Most folks here are fun to interact with, and the people with knowledge are not so obnoxious about it as the loudmouthed know-it-alls on other car sites I frequent. In preparation for my purchase, I've learned more about Wranglers than I ever thought existed.

But there's also a real problem: I've making this list of after-purchase stuff I really, really gotta have, and it keeps growing. I can see this is going to be one expensive vehicle.

Thanks a lot, folks! HPH
