Time for a new soft top

Well its almost time to take the hard top back off and get ready for the wheeling season to began. Only problem is my soft top got in a fight with a tree in HotSprings last year and the tree won.

I was wondering what folks think about the Bestop Trektop for the JKU. Would like to hear the good, bad, and ugly about them. I am not sure what top I want to go with yet but I have to make my mind up soon so I can get one coming and installed before KOH.

I bought an ORH fastback top. Very expensive, and takes a little more work to put on/take off than other versions, but I leave mine off all summer, anyway, so it works for me...Quality is top-notch, and I love that I can run with multiple configurations.

All that said, there's tons of info on the Trektop and Trektop NX on WF. Behold:

Bestop trektop nx
Trektop NX Install
Bestop trektop vs trektop nx???
Besttop Trektop NX
Installing the Trektop NX
Considering Trektop NX 2DR
Trek top nx question.
Supertop NX vs Trektop Nx vs Factory Soft Top
Besttop Trektop NX
trektop v trektop nx

If you haven't heard this tip, make sure you install on a warm day, preferably after letting the top sit out in the sun for a little while. Otherwise you will curse the day soft tops were invented...

Does not have anything to do with the weather. We all swap tops before the first big wheeling trip of the year. A hole knocked in a soft top is a lot easer to swallow then a busted hard top.
