Tire Preference

Good Morning,

Going to order tires/wheels/lift at noon today. I had my mind made up on the Rockstar II's in all black, 2.5" AEV lift and Nitto Trail Grappler MT's. I know either tire is not going to be ideal in winter here in North Dakota but I'm going for looks at this point as I have a short commute to work. Was sort of told if I'm going with Nitto's to consider the Toyo Open Country MT's for a couple hundred bucks more. FYI I have a black '14 2-door Sport. Any thoughts on which tire would look/drive better?

Thanks in advance!

Sorry, I live in Texas and I used to live in Florida, so I can't help with tires in snow. But I will reply to get you another bump!

Good luck finding the right tires!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I have been looking toward the General Tire Grappler AT's in 35's when I get new tires (2.5" lift and spacers on the Jeep). I had a set on my '04 F-150 and loved them suckers. Would go anywhere at anytime. They loved the snow. And they are hard SOB's to wear down!!

I would suggest Duratrac. It has good reviews on the net when it comes to winter performance.
