275/65/18 calculates to 32.1" in diameter and 10.8" in width. You shouldn't have any issue with height. As far as spacers, it depends on the wheels'(rims) dimensions. You need 4.5" of backspacing on any wheel to fit properly.
I was hoping to put them on the stock rims. If I have to use spacers they are not as good of deal.
