Tire size with leveling kit?

My wife just bought a 2010 JK Unlimited with the Sahara package. she wants a bit bigger tire but for some odd reason wants to keep the damn 18" stock wheels. Its here DD and will be drivin on the beach during the summer months.

I'm thinking about getting the TeraFlex Budget leveling kit. Looking for tire recomendations. Must be quiet on the road and have good "float" for beach driving. Any ideas on size as well?...not looking for over 33's. I have TeraGrapplers on my tahoe that I'm rather fond of.

Is anyone out there actually using this exact combo and do you really do need wheel spacers as stated by TeraFlex.

If you are going to 33's and keeping the stock rims you will need the wheel spacers. You won't need them if you switch to rims with the proper backspacing for the 33's.

How silly would a set of 265/70/18's look with the leveling kit?

265/70/18" is smaller then a stock tire. here is a good tire calculator.

I thought they stockers were 255/70/18s?...I guess I'll look agian. How much of a wheel spacer will I have to run if I wanted to go for a 33' tire on the factory wheel? I see some 1 1/4 ones out there. I would also add the TeraFlex Budget Leveling kit.
