Tire/wheel first or lift

I ordered the TF 2.5 coil lift. I also ordered 33 12.50/15's. I am going to install the lift myself but I have a question about clearance. The lift will be delivered tomorrow and I was going to install it this weekend. The tires and wheels will not be in the shop until the end of March. My questions is, should I put the new tires/wheels on before I do the lift install? If so, will they rub? I literally live one mile from the tire shop and there aren't any major bumps or sharp turns. I could then do the lift install at home. Or I guess I could take all 5 stockers to the shop in the back of my truck and have them re-install the TPMS system in the new wheels. I heard the stock tire/wheel might rub on the rear track bar relocation bolt.

For what you mentioned, you'll be fine installing the wheels/tires now until you can do the lift.

It's gonna be close though, be careful and don't wheel the jeep until you get your lift on.

Ok, I'm lost. You said you were going to install the lift this weekend and that your wheels and tires wouldn't be here too end of March. Then you say you want to install the wheels and tires before the lift.

Sorry for the confusion, after reading my post I can see why I confused you. I want to install the lift this weekend but I heard that the stock tire/wheel might rub a bolt on the rear track bar relocation bracket. If it rubs, I will have to wait until I get the new tires/wheels to do the lift. I was just hoping to get the lift done so I can drive it to the shop at the end of march and have the new tires/wheels installed.

Your stock wheels "might" rub rear the sway bar links.
