There's a thread with some pics of 295/70 Nitto's on stock Sahara wheels. It's what I run, little larger than 33's but might give you a start.

Sorry, 1.5". I went ahead and put new Bilstein 5160 shocks and steering stabilizer on. 1.5" Teraflex front springs, 2.25" ARB rear springs with bump stops (wanted to retain factory rake) (not shown in pics on that thread). Also picked up an AEV Procal which turned out to be crucial. I've since upgraded to a Teraflex front track bar and rear track bar bracket (solid as a brick). Rides better than stock, very minimal road noise with these tires, has handled everything I've thrown at her offroad wise. Love my setup / jeep.

Let me know what else you have questions on, happy to help.

how did you know after installing the track bars, where to set them (assuming they are the adjustable ones)

The track bar really only goes in at one length, it's hard to mess up (I have the adjustable one). Instructions are decent but the YouTube video Teraflex puts out was a huge help.

Straightening the steering wheel was the real
pain. I didn't have the Procal at the time so it was a lot of trial and error. First time I thought I had it, it triggered the ESC light. Got it straight as I could, drive it 20 miles or so and the light came off.

I didn't see a need to replace the rear track bar, I just reinforced it with a Teraflex bracket.
