Trading in my TJ for an 08 or 09 JK. Anything to watch out for?

So I'm upgrading to a JK and I have my eye on an 08 X in particular. It's an AT and loaded with power everything with 56k miles. I'm going to test drive one tomorrow and I'm wondering if there is anything about that model year to watch out for? Or for an 09 as there's a few of those I'm interested in as well. Thanks!

Kidding...there's a history of oil issues, though that seems to apply to the JK's across the board:

Does your JK Burn Oil? Poll

How much oil does your JK eat?

Jeep Wrangler jk excessive oil consumption

If one or both of the tires are cambered in at the top the front axle housing is bent. Park it on level ground with the wheels straight and stand back and look at it. You'll be able to see it easy.
